- Treatment cream: on clean, damp hair, apply section by section from roots to ends, coating every strand. Leave on for 3 minutes and rinse.
- Styling cream: on clean, damp hair, apply section by section through the lengths and ends. Detangle with a wide-tooth comb and, if you like, scrunch from the ends up. No rinsing needed.
- Conditioner: on clean, damp hair, apply and massage through the lengths and ends, then rinse.
- Pre-shampoo: apply to dry hair, coating every strand, and leave on for 5 minutes. Then wash with shampoo and conditioner as usual.
