Terms of service

These terms apply to every purchase on calorbrazil.com. The seller is Calor Brazil, operated by Zigare Group, Minas Gerais, Brazil (hello@calorbrazil.com).

1. Our products

We sell original Brazilian beauty, personal-care and lifestyle products, bought in Brazil and delivered in their original packaging. Labels are usually in Portuguese; full information in English is on each product page. Product descriptions and results come from the brands; results can vary from person to person. Please read the ingredient list before use and stop using a product if irritation occurs.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros (EUR). For the United Kingdom and the European Union they include VAT. Shipping is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay. All import duties and taxes are paid by us and included in the total, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we will contact you before processing the order.

3. Your order

After you place an order, you receive an email confirming that we have received it. The contract is formed when we confirm the order. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if a product is unavailable, if payment is not authorised or if we cannot deliver to your address.

4. Delivery

Delivery is described in our Shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered.

5. Cancellations and returns

See our Refund policy, including your 14-day right to cancel.

6. Discounts

Only one product discount applies per order (shipping offers may apply on top). When more than one product discount is available, the checkout automatically applies the one that saves you the most. Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer or our liability where it cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for misuse of products contrary to their instructions.

8. Intellectual property

Brand names and logos of the products we sell belong to their respective owners. Calor Brazil is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with these brands unless stated.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
