Our team knows the brands, pharmacies and beauty stores Brazilians buy from, and we'll do the searching for you.
How it works
Five simple steps
- Tell us what you need: brand, product name, size or shade and, if you have one, a link.
- We look for it in Brazil, only with the brand, authorised distributors or established retailers.
- You receive a free quote with the product price, our service fee, shipping, and duties and taxes.
- You approve and pay through a secure payment link. Nothing is charged before you approve.
- We buy, check, pack and ship your order with DHL, fully tracked.

We buy only original products from sources we trust in Brazil. Every item is checked before shipping: seal, batch, expiry date and packaging. If we can't find a reliable source, we'll tell you.

Delivery time depends on how quickly the product can be found in Brazil and on your destination. Your quote includes an estimated delivery time, so you know what to expect before you pay.

Does it cost anything to ask?
No. Requesting a quote is free and there is no obligation to buy.
How soon will I hear from you?
We reply within 24 hours, 7 days a week. Hard-to-find products can take a little longer to quote, and we'll keep you updated.
Can I ask for more than one product?
Yes. Send one request per product, or list them all in the message field, and we'll prepare a single quote with everything shipped together.
Can I return a personal shopper order?
The product follows the same rules as our shop: it can be returned within 14 days if unused and sealed. The Personal Shopper service fee shown in your quote is non-refundable once we have bought your item, as the search and purchase have already been done. See our Return & Refund Policy.
