This policy explains how Calor Brazil, operated by Zigare Group ("we", "us"), collects and uses your personal information when you visit or buy from calorbrazil.com.

What we collect
- Order information: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, items bought and order history.
- Payment information: processed securely by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Account and newsletter: your email and name if you create an account, sign in with Google or join the Calor Club.
- Messages: anything you send us by email, contact form, WhatsApp or chat.
- Device and usage information: collected through cookies and similar technologies, such as pages viewed, device type, approximate location and how you arrived at our site.

Why we use it
- To process, ship and support your order, including customs clearance (performance of a contract).
- To send you marketing emails, only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email (consent).
- To keep our site secure, prevent fraud and improve our store (legitimate interests).
- To keep tax and accounting records (legal obligation).

Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with service providers who help us run the store: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, Google Pay), our courier (DHL) and customs authorities for delivery, email and chat tools, and analytics providers. We do not sell your personal information.

Our relationship with Shopify
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of our store in order to provide and improve its services. We also use certain Shopify features that combine information from your interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify to help protect, grow and improve our business. For those features, Shopify is responsible for the processing of your personal information. We are based in Brazil and our providers may process data in other countries. How long we keep it
Order and accounting records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above.
