We created this program to make cross-border shopping simple and transparent. It explains what Calor Brazil covers, what remains the recipient's responsibility, and how eligible refunds are processed.
Pricing
Final price. No surprises.
For every destination, import duties and taxes are paid by us and included in the total shown before you pay. The total you pay already includes them, so you will not be charged again on delivery.
Coverage
What's covered
If your order is held or seized by customs and cannot be released or delivered for reasons outside your control, Calor Brazil issues a 100% refund of the eligible order amount once we confirm the order qualifies under this program.
Exclusions
When the guarantee does not apply
The program does not cover delivery failures caused by the recipient's action or inaction, for example when:
- No one was available to receive the package.
- Calor Brazil or the carrier tried to contact you without success.
- You did not contact the carrier or Calor Brazil before the storage deadline.
- Customs requested identity, tax or other documents and they were not provided in time.
- The shipment was refused, or an action required for customs release was not completed.
Important: in these cases the order may be discarded at destination or returned to Brazil, and it is not eligible for a refund.

Refund processing
Once we confirm that your order qualifies, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need a little longer to show the credit. Questions? Write to hello@calorbrazil.com.

We reply within 24 hours, 7 days a week. Our team is based in Brazil. Our team reviews your case, coordinates with the carrier when possible and explains the next steps.
Program scope. The Calor Brazil Guaranteed Delivery Program applies to orders placed on calorbrazil.com, subject to the eligibility terms above. "100% refund" means the amount confirmed as eligible after reviewing the order, carrier records, customs status and recipient actions.
Program updates. Calor Brazil may update this program when operational, carrier, customs, tax or legal requirements change. The version in effect on the order date applies to that order.
