Shipping policy
Where we ship
We currently ship from Brazil to the United Kingdom and to all 27 countries of the European Union. If your country is available at checkout, we deliver there.
How your order is sent
Every order is checked (seal, batch, expiry date and packaging), packed with care and sent by DHL, with tracking. If you order several items, we ship them together in one parcel. As soon as your parcel leaves Brazil, we email you the tracking number, which you can also follow on our Track your order page.
Delivery time
Because your parcel travels from Brazil, delivery takes longer than from a local shop: 15–20 business days from order to delivery (business days exclude weekends and public holidays). Your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout, before you pay.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated by destination and parcel weight and shown in your cart and at checkout, before payment. We do not add any hidden fees.
Prices, VAT, duties and taxes
- All prices are in euros (EUR). If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount.
- United Kingdom and European Union: prices on our site already include VAT.
- All destinations: import duties and taxes that apply to your order are paid by us and included in the total you pay. You pay them together with your order, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
Customs and delivery problems
If customs asks for information or documents, please reply to the courier or to us quickly so your parcel can be released. For what happens if customs holds or seizes an order, see our Guaranteed Delivery Program.
