Calor Brazil ships products made and sold in Brazil to customers abroad. That comes with a few facts that apply to everything in our catalogue. Rather than repeating them on every product page, we keep them here. Please read this page before you order.
Regulatory status
Regulated by ANVISA, Brazil's health authority
Every cosmetic sold in Brazil must be regularised with ANVISA (Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária), the federal health regulator that also oversees medicines, food and medical devices, before it can go on sale. Brazil is one of the largest beauty markets in the world, and its cosmetic rules (safety assessment, labelling, lists of prohibited and restricted ingredients) follow the Mercosur framework, which is closely aligned with the European one. The products we sell are made for the Brazilian market and are regularised with ANVISA under the framework that applies to each product category.
Our curation adds a second check: before a product enters the catalogue, we review its full ingredient list against the ingredients prohibited or restricted for cosmetics in the EU and the UK, and we do not list products that fail that review. When you buy from Calor Brazil, your order is dispatched from Brazil for your own personal use; the product information on this site is the Brazilian product information, presented in English.

Products arrive in the brand's original Brazilian packaging, labelled in Portuguese. Every product page gives you the same information in English: what it is, how to use it, who it is for, the full ingredient list (INCI) and precautions.
Our English texts are prepared with care from the brand's official material, but the original label always prevails. If anything on this site differs from the packaging you receive, follow the packaging and let us know so we can correct it.
Brands update formulas, fragrances and packaging from time to time. The product you receive may differ slightly from the photos, and hand-made details (such as ornaments on some packs) are unique to each unit.
Cosmetics & external use
Use as directed, and listen to your skin
All cosmetics and personal-care products on this site are for external use only, as directed on the product page and on the packaging. Avoid contact with the eyes. Keep out of reach of children.
Patch test before first use: apply a small amount to the inside of the forearm, wait 24 hours and do not use the product if redness, itching or irritation appears. Discontinue use if irritation occurs at any time.
Fragrance allergens present in a formula are listed on the product page, with the full ingredient list. If you have a known allergy or sensitivity, read the INCI before buying. Individual results may vary: how a product looks and feels on your skin or hair depends on your skin type, hair type, routine and environment.

Calor Brazil is an independent retailer: we are not the manufacturer and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by the brands we sell. Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products.
International orders
Duties, taxes and delivery
Import duties and taxes are paid by us and already included in the total you pay at checkout, so there is nothing to pay when your parcel arrives. For the UK and the EU, our prices already include VAT. For customs purposes, you are the importer of the goods, and the carrier may contact you for information required by customs in your country.
Every order ships from Brazil with DHL, fully tracked, and is covered by our Guaranteed Delivery Program. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance. See Shipping and our Return & Refund Policy.

Calor Brazil sells to customers aged 18 or over. Some products are intended for adult skin only (this is stated on the product page); keep all products out of reach of children.

Flip-flops, accessories and other lifestyle items are made in Brazil for the Brazilian market. Sizes follow the Brazilian system; check the size information on the product page before ordering. Natural materials and hand-made items vary from piece to piece.
