If you placed your order with an account, log in to see the status of every order and its tracking details.

What each stage means

  1. Order confirmed: we have received your payment and your order is being processed.
  2. Being prepared: your products are being inspected and packed.
  3. Shipped: your parcel is on its way with DHL. Your tracking number is active.
  4. In customs: your parcel is being cleared in your country. This is a normal step for international deliveries.
  5. Delivered: enjoy your Brazilian products!
