Granado is Brazil's oldest pharmacy brand: founded in Rio de Janeiro in 1870, it made the country's first vegetable-glycerine soap in 1915 and still sells it today, alongside the vintage-style tins and boxes that made it a cult name in Brazil. These are the brand's modern glycerine bars, each built around one plant extract and sold in the illustrated boxes that Brazilians keep on the bathroom shelf.
Brazil nut (castanha do Brasil) is the warm, nutty one; calendula is the soft, slightly powdery one; lavender is the classic. All three share the same vegetable-glycerine base, a biodegradable formula and no parabens, and the whole Granado soap line is certified vegan.

The scent
Brazil nut: warm and nutty. Calendula: soft, herbal, a little powdery. Lavender: the classic, clean and floral. Light scents that stay in the shower.
