An ice lolly for the shower: Feito Brasil's passion fruit picolé is a vegetable-base bar soap with bamboo and passion-fruit-seed particles for an intense body scrub and a sharp, fresh passion fruit scent, in a compostable wrapper. 80g.
Feito Brasil (literally "made in Brazil") is a Brazilian house of artisanal luxury, founded by Lena Peron. Each collection pays homage to one region of the country: the names, the native ingredients and the hand-made ornament on every pack come from there, made by communities of women artisans. The line is vegan and not tested on animals. Dom Tropical is the collection of bar soaps that has won awards in Brazil, shaped like Brazilian fruit ice lollies (picolés), on a wooden stick, in a compostable wrapper: one side cleans, the other carries natural exfoliating particles. Three levels of exfoliation across the range, and a different fruit scent for each.
Maracujá is one of the intense ones: ground bamboo stem and passion-fruit seeds give a proper polish on rough areas, and the scent is the sharp, fresh side of the fruit rather than the sweet one. The base is palm and babassu oil, the Amazonian palm used across the line.

The scent
Lime, grapefruit and pink pepper on top; passion fruit, lily of the valley and cedar in the heart; a soft musk and sandalwood base. Fresh and tangy.
Key ingredients
- Bamboo stem powder – the main exfoliating particle, fine and even.
- Passion-fruit seed powder – Passiflora edulis, the second, coarser particle.
- Babassu oil – Orbignya oleifera, the Amazonian palm oil in the soap base.
How to use
- Remove the stick.
- Lather on wet skin, in the shower, and massage gently; use the textured side where you want more exfoliation (elbows, knees, heels).
- Rinse. For everyday use; keep the bar out of running water between showers so it lasts longer.

Frequently asked questions
Is the stick part of the product?
Yes: it is the "ice lolly" stick, in wood. Pull it out before the first use, or keep it in as a handle for the first showers.
How strong is the exfoliation?
The picolés come in two strengths: Passion Fruit and Jabuticaba are the intense ones, Soursop and Banana the moderate ones. For a softer touch, use the smooth side on the body.
Is the packaging eco-friendly?
The bar comes in a compostable wrapper, on a wooden stick.
