The strongest picolé of the collection: the jabuticaba bar pairs pumice with bamboo, apricot-seed and passion-fruit-seed particles for feet, heels and anywhere skin gets rough, with a dark-berry scent of pear, mandarin and vanilla. 80g, compostable wrapper.
Feito Brasil (literally "made in Brazil") is a Brazilian house of artisanal luxury, founded by Lena Peron. Each collection pays homage to one region of the country: the names, the native ingredients and the hand-made ornament on every pack come from there, made by communities of women artisans. The line is vegan and not tested on animals. Dom Tropical is the collection of bar soaps that has won awards in Brazil, shaped like Brazilian fruit ice lollies (picolés), on a wooden stick, in a compostable wrapper: one side cleans, the other carries natural exfoliating particles. Three levels of exfoliation across the range, and a different fruit scent for each.
Jabuticaba is the small black berry that grows straight on the trunk of the tree in Brazilian backyards, and this is the strongest picolé: pumice plus three plant particles (bamboo, apricot seed, passion-fruit seed) for heels, feet and anywhere the skin gets rough. The scent is pear and mandarin over the berry, with a vanilla-musk base.

The scent
Pear, mandarin and jabuticaba on top; a watery accord and cedar in the heart; heliotrope, vanilla and musk at the base. Fruity and a little sweet.
Key ingredients
- Pumice – finely ground volcanic stone, the strongest of the particles.
- Bamboo, apricot-seed and passion-fruit-seed powders – three plant exfoliants of different sizes.
- Babassu oil – Orbignya oleifera, in the soap base.
How to use
- Remove the stick.
- Lather on wet skin, in the shower, and massage gently; use the textured side where you want more exfoliation (elbows, knees, heels).
- Rinse. For everyday use; keep the bar out of running water between showers so it lasts longer.

Frequently asked questions
Is the stick part of the product?
Yes: it is the "ice lolly" stick, in wood. Pull it out before the first use, or keep it in as a handle for the first showers.
How strong is the exfoliation?
The picolés come in two strengths: Passion Fruit and Jabuticaba are the intense ones, Soursop and Banana the moderate ones. For a softer touch, use the smooth side on the body.
Is the packaging eco-friendly?
The bar comes in a compostable wrapper, on a wooden stick.
