About this product
Ekos Tucumã Two-Phase Body Oil
Two phases, one shake: tucumã butter and oil that help the skin make its own hyaluronic acid, in a body oil you use in or out of the shower, for skin that feels hydrated, plumper and smooth, with the soft, slightly sweet green scent of the line.
Natura, founded in São Paulo in 1969, is Brazil's biggest beauty company, and Ekos is the line it launched in 2000 around ingredients from the Amazon, bought from the forest communities that harvest them. Tucumã is the Amazon palm whose fruit gives an orange oil and a pale butter; both are in this oil. Two phases separate in the bottle: shake them together, spread the oil over the body in or out of the shower, and rinse or not. In a consumer test, volunteers reported more hydrated skin, and it is the oil of its firming Tukumã line. Natura says the Tukumã line supports 702 harvesting families.

Frequently asked questions
What are the two phases?
An oil layer and a water layer that separate in the bottle. Shake until they mix and use straight away; separating again when it sits is normal.
How light is the finish?
Once shaken, it spreads thin and absorbs quickly. Rinse it off in the shower for the lightest finish.
Oil or lotion?
The oil is for a quick, silky layer in or out of the shower; the Tucumã Firming Body Lotion gives a creamier finish. Together, they make the full Tukumã ritual.
