The rich sister of the Acqua Gel: a creamy, vegan moisturiser with polyglutamic acid, three rosehip oils and shea butter that hydrates for up to 48 hours in a clinical test, with a velvety matte finish and a firmer feel for dry and very dry skin.
O Boticário, founded in Curitiba in 1977, is one of Brazil's biggest beauty groups, and Botik is its dermocosmetic face-care line: high-concentration actives, formulas developed with Swiss technology and tested with dermatologists. This is the rich sister of the Acqua Gel. Same polyglutamic acid for long-lasting surface hydration, but in a cream with shea butter and three rosehip oils (Rosa rubiginosa, R. Moschata and R. Canina seed oils, the oils used in skincare for nourishment and suppleness), plus panthenol and rosemary extract. The finish is velvety and matte rather than glossy, and it is for dry and very dry skin that also wants a firmer feel.
In a clinical test, 98% felt their skin intensely hydrated and nourished on first application; after 2 weeks, 98% felt softer skin and 92% a reduction in dryness. Hydration lasts up to 48 hours.
