Ekos Cacao Nourishing Body Butter
Raw Amazonian cocoa butter with a pro-collagen boost: the richest texture in the Ekos line melts into dry, rough skin, supports the skin's own collagen for a firmer feel, and leaves elbows, knees and heels deeply nourished under a warm, citrus-sweet scent that lingers.
Natura, founded in São Paulo in 1969, is Brazil's biggest beauty company, and Ekos is the line it launched in 2000 around ingredients from the Amazon, bought from the forest communities that harvest them. Ekos Cacau uses cocoa butter pressed from beans grown in the Amazon, used raw to keep its texture and scent. This is the butter format of the line: dense, melting on contact with skin, made for very dry areas and for the days when a lotion is not enough. Massage it into elbows, knees, shins and anywhere skin feels rough, and let the citrus-sweet cocoa scent settle.

Does it do more than moisturise?
Yes. The raw cocoa butter supports the skin's own collagen, which gives skin its support and firmness, so with daily use skin feels firmer as well as nourished.
Body butter or body lotion?
The butter is the richest texture in the Cacau line, for very dry areas; the 400ml Cacau lotion is lighter, for every day. Many people use both.
How much should I use?
A small amount warmed between your palms covers both legs; add more only on elbows, knees and heels.
