Yes. The idea that vitamin C and niacinamide cancel each other out does not apply to today's formulas: apply one, let it absorb, then the other.
Can I wear it under make-up?
Yes. It is a light serum that absorbs quickly; follow with moisturiser and sunscreen, then make-up.
How do I keep it at its best?
Close the dropper well after each use and keep the bottle away from heat and direct light: vitamin C stays at its best that way.
