The moisturiser that gives tired skin a well-slept look: step two of the Botik hyaluronic routine is a fresh gel-cream with hydrolysed hyaluronic acid, a firming tripeptide and three ceramides that seals in the serum's hydration without weight or shine, leaves skin immediately soft, looking rested in 7 days and with fine lines softer in 30, made for combination and oily skin.
O Boticário, founded in Curitiba in 1977, is one of Brazil's biggest beauty groups, and Botik is its dermocosmetic face-care line: high-concentration actives, formulas developed with Swiss technology and tested with dermatologists. The Firming Gel-Cream is the second step of the Botik hyaluronic routine. Where the serum hydrates, the gel-cream seals it in without weight: a fresh gel-cream texture with hydrolysed hyaluronic acid, palmitoyl tripeptide-5 (a peptide used for firmness), three ceramides with cholesterol and phytosphingosine to support the skin's barrier, and the Swiss algae extract. It was made with combination and oily skin in mind, so it absorbs fast and leaves no shine.

Yes: at night, apply the Pure Retinol serum first, let it absorb, then this gel-cream on top.
